Zhangjiakou Hongji Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. It is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and a national demonstration enterprise for agricultural product processing, integrating potato seed tuber breeding, commercial potato cultivation, intelligent storage, and whole powder processing.

Our company drafted and participated in formulating China’s national industry standards, including the Potato flakes Standard (SB/T 10752-2012) and the National Industry Standard for Potato Seed Tuber Circulation. We have obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Certification, GLOBALGAP Good Agricultural Practice Certification, Halal Certification, Green Food Certification, and Organic Certification. The "Hongji" brand potato flakes was awarded the Gold Medal at the 15th International Agricultural Products Expo (2017) and is sold in both domestic and international markets.
Hongji Agriculture is the sole cooperative partner of the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) for potato seed tuber breeding and serves as the Potato Processing Technology Innovation Center of Hebei Province. It operates as the National Demonstration Base for the Potato Fertilizer and Pesticide Reduction Experiment under the National 13th Five-Year Plan Key Research Project, the National Potato Seed Tuber Research Project, the National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System (Oats Demonstration Base), and the Forage Grass Experiment Base of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The company has been designated as the Observation Base for the 2015 World Potato Congress, the Observation Base for the 2016 China Potato Congress, and the Observation Base for the 2017 National Potato Technology Alliance Innovation Conference. It hosted the 2018 Annual Conference of the Potato Professional Committee of China National Food Industry Association & Industrial Poverty Alleviation Seminar.
